2. Custom Orders and Production

All products are custom-printed upon order placement.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all customization details, including uploaded artwork, selected sizes, colors, and shipping addresses, are accurate prior to checkout.

  • Colors on physical products may vary slightly from online product previews due to display settings and direct-to-garment printing processes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

By submitting designs, images, or text for custom printing, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary licenses and legal permissions to use the submitted content.

  • Your design does not infringe upon any third-party trademark, copyright, privacy, or proprietary rights.

  • VATUNG LLC reserves the right to reject or cancel any order containing illegal, infringing, hateful, or explicit content.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to modify product prices and shipping charges at any time without prior notice.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not enter production until payment is successfully processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping and delivery times provided at checkout are approximations and not guaranteed.

  • VATUNG LLC is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs inspections, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

Because each item is custom-printed immediately after an order is placed, order modifications or cancellations are only permitted within 2 hours of checkout. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VATUNG LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
