Visual Accessibility: This surreal 1990s illustration captures the "information superhighway" with a youth in a green cap and crimson sweater surfing an oversized beige keyboard. Set against deep cobalt blue, the figure grips a wired mouse cord like a tow rope alongside floating floppy disk riders and a partial Earth view. Classic "Internet" text and pixelated icons (browser, folder, tower) complete the retro cyber-nostalgia.
